This page explains what data we keep, why, and how you can manage it.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email and your password. Passwords are stored as a scrypt hash, never in plain text. When you build a proposal we store its contents and any images you upload. No email verification is required — your account is created immediately.

Where data is stored

All data is stored on a server hosted in the United Arab Emirates.

Account limits

Each account can save up to 20 proposals. Proposals you move to Trash are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Export and deletion

From your account page you can download all of your data (proposals and images) as a ZIP file, and permanently delete your account. Deletion removes all of your files and records.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. If an analytics service is configured, anonymous statistics may be collected — details will be stated on the site itself.

Content ownership

The content you create — proposals, text and images — belongs to you. Templates are just formatting tools.
